The End of NordicLens
Thank you everyone who has subscribed and followed along on this journey, it's been a wonderful and inspiring ride. I love you all.
It’s with a mix of gratitude, reflection and sadness that I officially announce the end of NordicLens.
Due to other commitments and time constraints, I’ve decided to close this chapter. Running NordicLens has been an incredible journey, and I’m immensely thankful for every one of you who joined me in exploring photography challenges and shared your creativity through this platform.
Your participation and support have made this a truly wonderful experience, and I couldn’t have asked for a better community to share this journey with.
But endings often lead to new beginnings.
I’ll take this opportunity to introduce you to my new publication, Fragments of Memory. If you’ve enjoyed NordicLens, it’s my hope that you also enjoy shorter stories.
Unfortunately there are no challenges, but rather shorter stories told from voiceless NPC’s from video game worlds.
Yes, I’m a nerd, if that wasn’t apparent from my in-game photography series I did. It links to my Cyberpunk 2077 post, which is very relevant to the current series running on Fragments of Memory right now.
What is Fragments of Memory?
Whether you’re a die-hard gamer, a casual fan, or someone who’s never set foot in a gaming world, these stories are crafted to resonate. They’re about people, emotions, and experiences—universally human, set against the backdrop of extraordinary digital landscapes.
Fragments of Memory is an invitation to see the worlds of gaming in a new light, to explore the human side of the universes we love, and to connect with stories that stay with you long after you’ve read them.

God, that laugh—it was like sunlight breaking through the smog.
She insisted on paying for my coffee, even though I said it wasn’t necessary. We ended up talking for hours. The barista had to kick us out when they closed.
I told her about my job, my aspirations. Chloe, though, she didn’t want to hear about my corporate ladder. She asked me about me. My favorite color (blue). My favorite movie (don’t have one). My worst fear (failure).
And she didn’t judge. She just listened …
