Jackie's my man! Also, so cool they put Kojima in the game. They did with Control as well, and vice versa in DS (though I have missed both instances of Kojima and Lake). I love how you captured the beauty and uniqueness of each character and scenery. Your Horizon exploration inspired me to capture DS and The Last of Us Part II. I took way too many photos, but it was fun. And I actually will use them for my future posts on both games. I look forward to more of your video game photography explorations! Thank you for your hard work.
Kojima is in many games these days, always an easter egg too. Love to see it. I've found both Kojima and Lake in DS but didn't finish Control so never got to exploring to find him.
I'm glad my post could inspire you to take you own!
I tried telling myself I couldn't take too many as I played through Cyberpunk again, but I felt it as I was going through them for this post, haha!
Thank you for reading and enjoying them! So glad you like 'em!
Kojima will become a meme everywhere! The word meme will become Kojimeme! I got to see Kojima in DS, but not Lake. There's just too many missions, and some of them are meh. But the Control one looks stellar and engaging. You had fun and that's what matters!
Kojima has always been a meme, haha! There's quite a few missions that just feels unnecessary, for sure! Control never captured me, which is why I never finished it, but the game is incredible even if it's not for me.
Oh yes, having fun is all that matters when playing!
Hahaha true that! I get that. It was an odd experience for me too, something I don't usually play. Mostly why I played it was to learn more about the Alan Wake lore as the Remedy games are so interconnected.
Remedy games are always inspiring in how they manage to connect things that seemingly have no relation, but they always manage to find a way somehow. It's impressive.
This game looks stunning, and again this is such a novel and exciting way to explore photography through the medium of gaming. Love the neon in particular!
I've never played Cyberpunk 2077 but ever since having a gaming blog many years ago, I always do photography in games. Even now that I no longer run that blog I still always pause my games to take a screenshot that likely won't be shared with anyone. I didn't know it was called virtual photography. You learn something new every day 😊
Yeah, I'm not sure when the term was first coined, but it's been around for quite a while to my knowledge. I like the term, it melds two of my favorite mediums together in one, which is fantastic.
If you ever relaunch the blog, let me know, would love to read! 😊

Jackie is epic! Love the guy!

The game is gorgeous, without a doubt, but it's so much more. It'll leave an impact on you.
Gaming has so much to offer, photography is just a tiny portion of it, which is why I love it.
Yeah, the neon are gorgeous, some of my favorite photos I snapped!
Some of those are gorgeous man. Night City is such a gorgeous environment to take pictures. Especially for people who like urban photography.
Night City is stunning, awe-inspiring even. I love just driving and running around in it, so much to see, so many strange people and so much fun.
